Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about how the price-beat process works and what you’ll need to provide.

 
How does the "we’ll beat any quote” promise work?

It’s simple! If you find a kitchen of the same style, quality, specification, and construction at a lower price elsewhere, just bring us the competitor’s valid written quote and we’ll beat it — so you know you’re always getting the best deal with Wren. One request per customer, and price beating applies to the kitchen and accessories, not installation.

What counts as a like-for-like quote?

A like-for-like quote must be comparable in every key way — that means the same kitchen style, quality level, specification, and build. Accessories such as taps, sinks, and lighting are included in the comparison as long as the product specification matches.

What do I need to provide?

Simply bring us an official written quote from a genuine competitor that’s dated within the last 30 days. It must be unedited and clearly itemised so we can compare like-for-like. Existing quotes and orders are also eligible, as long as they meet the same time requirement.

Are online quotes accepted?

We’re unable to accept quotes from online-only retailers or membership-based pricing programs. Your comparison quote must come from a full-service retailer.

Is there a time limit for submitting a quote?

Yes — the competitor quote must have been created within the last 30 days. This ensures the comparison is fair and current.

Does this apply to installation quotes too?

No — this offer is focused on the kitchen itself (including accessories), not the installation cost or fitting fees.

Can I use the price-beat more than once?

The offer is limited to one request per customer. That said, we’re always happy to help ensure you’re getting exceptional value the first time around!
