Returns Policy
At MBS Interiors, we strive to provide the highest quality products. However, if you need to return items, please review our returns policy below.
Damages
- All orders leave our warehouse in perfect condition, but damage can sometimes occur in transit.
- If you notice any damage, please do the following within 24 hours of receiving your order:
- Sign DAMAGED on the delivery note.
- Take clear photos of all damaged tiles.
- Report the issue via email to info@mbs-interiors.co.uk.
- Where possible, we recommend using damaged tiles for cuts in your project.
- Once your damage report has been received and approved, we will dispatch free replacements or issue a credit for the damaged tiles.
- Free replacements will not be issued until the damage report and photos have been received.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned to our store at 122 Broad Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 4EQ.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection of the returned items.
- Special order items or custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.
