How does our "We’ll Beat Any Quote” promise work?

If you've received a like-for-like quotation from another supplier, simply share it with our team and, where possible, we'll beat the quoted price while maintaining the same quality, specification, and level of service.

What is a like-for-like quote?

A like-for-like quote must be comparable in every key way. It must have the same kitchen style, quality level, specification, and build. Accessories such as sinks, integrated appliances and lighting are included in the comparison as long as the product specification matches.

What do I need to provide?

Simply provide an official written quotation from a genuine competitor, dated within the last 60 days. The quote must be unedited, clearly itemised, and detailed enough for us to assess whether it is a like-for-like comparison.

Are online quotes accepted?

To ensure a fair like-for-like comparison, we cannot accept quotations from online-only retailers, marketplace sellers, or membership-based pricing schemes. The comparison quote must be issued by a full-service retailer and include sufficient detail for us to verify the products, specification, and level of service being offered.

Is there a time limit for submitting a quote?

Yes. To qualify for our We'll Beat Any Quote promise, the competitor's quotation must have been issued within the last 60 days. This helps ensure that all pricing, products, and specifications are current, allowing us to make a fair and accurate comparison.

Does this apply to installation quotes too?

No. Our this offer applies to the kitchen specification itself, including units, finishes, and any included accessories. Installation costs are not included in the comparison.

Can I use the price-beat more than once?

This offer is limited to one request per customer. However, we’re always happy to make sure you receive the best possible value as part of your initial quote, so you won't need to rely on multiple requests.
